It was a few days later before I found my way back to the old path behind the hill — a path I hadn't walked for a long time. The apricot blossoms were already gone, and the peach flowers were fading. The air smelled of sun-warmed grass.

Rainwater from earlier days still ran in the roadside ditch — shallow and clear, with slippery moss at the bottom. I sat down on a stone warmed by the sun, thinking of nothing, just watching. #

A bee had settled on a wild vetch flower and stayed there for a long time. A breeze came and the flower swayed, but the bee did not leave. #

In the distance, someone was flying a kite. The string broke, and the kite fell, wavering, down into a hazy green wheat field — and was gone. #

又过了几天，我才想起去后山那条许久未走的小路。杏花已经落尽了，桃花也正在凋谢。空气里弥漫着被太阳晒暖的青草气息。 #

前几日的雨水还在路边的水沟里流淌着——浅浅的，清清的，水底是滑溜溜的青苔。我在一块被阳光晒暖的石头上坐下来，什么也不想，就那么看着。

一只蜜蜂落在一株野豌豆花上，停了很久。风吹过来，花摇了摇，蜜蜂却没有离开。 #

远处有人放风筝。线断了，那只风筝摇摇晃晃地落下去，落进一片绿蒙蒙的麦田里——不见了。 #
