In Grade 7, I had an unhappy experience when I failed an important exam. I had studied for weeks, but during the test, I became too nervous and couldn't concentrate. When I saw the results, I felt a mix of shock and disappointment. I had worked so hard, but the outcome was not what I expected. #

My parents were upset, but they didn’t yell at me. Instead, they encouraged me to reflect on what went wrong and work harder next time. I realized that simply studying isn’t enough; I also need to manage my stress and stay focused during exams. #

This experience taught me that failure is not the end but an opportunity to learn and improve. Now, I take exams more calmly and prepare myself mentally. #
