有机食品Organic Food | 水

We are provided with all kinds of food today, like fast food and rubbish food. People are into such food because they taste good and are convenient to eat, but as more and more people keep an unhealthy diet, they have health issues, such as being overweight, diabetes and so on. People are seeking healthy food, they start to notice the importance of organic food. Organic food is advocated by many doctors, they suggest that organic food contains less harmful materials which are good for people’s health. Now I keep my breakfast with organic food, such as oatmeal, I won’t get fat and can take in enough vitamins. Organic food is good for our bodies, we should take in more.
今天我们可以吃到各种各样的食品，比如快餐和垃圾食品。人们喜欢吃这样的食物因为它们尝起来很美味，并且吃起来方便，但是随着越来越多的人保持不健康的饮食，人们有健康问题，比如超重，糖尿病等等。人们在寻找健康的食品，他们开始注意到有机食品的重要性。很多医生提倡有机食品，他们认为有机食品只有少数的不良成分，这对人们的健康来说是有好处的。现在我早餐保持吃有机食品，比如燕麦片，我不会变胖，也可以吸收足够的营养。有机食品对我们的身体有益，我们应该多吃。 #
