To send a package or to send a parcel means giving a box or bag to a delivery service so it can go to another address.
People send a package at a post office, a courier shop, or by booking a pickup through an app.
Before you send a parcel, you put the item in a strong box, add padding, and seal it with tape.
To send a package safely, write the full name, street, city, and phone number on the label, and add the return address.
At the counter you choose a speed and price, then get a receipt with a tracking number.
