Phalanges 趾骨

Thephalangesare the bones found inside your toes.
Each foot has five toes, and most toes have threephalanges.
Your big toe is special because it has only twophalangesinstead of three.
Thephalangeshelp your toes bend, stretch, and keep your balance.
They work together with the muscles in your foot to help you walk and run.
If one of your toephalangesis injured, it may hurt to stand or move your foot.
