Ankle 踝关节

Theankleis the joint that connects your foot to your leg.
It is found just above the heel at the lower end of the leg.
Bones, muscles, and strong bands called ligaments work together in the ankle to help you move your foot.
The ankle lets you point your toes, stand on tiptoe, or move your foot from side to side.
You use your ankle every time you walk, run, or go up and down stairs.
If you twist your ankle, it can swell and hurt, so it is important to be careful during sports or when walking on uneven ground.
